Allendale, NJ

OVERVIEW

Allendale is a small borough located in the Northwest section of Bergen County, and like many of its neighbors, it came into its own with the development of the railroad from Hoboken.

Known for its country-like lanes, and highly ranked schools, Allendale remains a wonderful hometown for many people seeking a respite from the city but still with close proximity by way of public transportation to New York City.

Allendale boasts a quaint Downtown, and many retreats to nature, like the locally famed Celery Farm and historic Fell House.
